This was a fundraising event as part of a cause which was hosted by Pilar de la torre and other instructors. Message from the instructors and hosts :
In April, myself, our lovely Jessica Vilca, Miriam Pawelczyk and Antonio Dias Andrade are taking up the challenge to walk 100km in under 36 hours and fundraise for Oxfam. The event is called Oxfam Trailwalker. What a huge challenge it is!
This is no relay. My team of four, aptly name Peru will start together and hopefully walk across the line together. We’ll walk right through the night towards our target time of 24 Hrs.
Our team is hoping to raise over $2500 to help some of the world’s poorest people. The event raises vital funds for Oxfam – an independent, secular, non-government organisation working for a future without poverty. Oxfam give people throughout the Pacific a hand up, not a hand out to create change that lasts.
My team and I will be putting in the hard yards and hope that you can support us in this massive challenge.
COME TO HAVE A BLAST WITH GREAT INSTRUCTORS AND SUPPORT US!!
