ZUMBA FITNESS

Zumba fitness is a dance fitness program which involves cardio and latin dance. It is founded by “Beto Perez”. Zumba choreography is composed using different rhythms. It is a total body and aerobic workout. It is done by different age groups. It is perfect for everybody. It is a total workout involving different elements of fitness. It is a great way to burn calories and lose weight at the same time. In Zumba fitness we have different types such as Zumba step , Zumba strong , Zumba toning and much more. It is a mix of high and low intensity workout. There are specific classes for elderly people also. We have trained instructors taking classes different countries and lots of instructors are taking classes offline and online. I have done my Zumba training in Auckland , New Zealand for Zumba fitness , Zumba Sentao , Aqua Zumba , Zumba Proskills , Zumba Kids. I am looking forward to see you in the dance floor.
